The Royal Family is increasing its workload this week, ahead of The Queen returning to London.
9th September:
– The Duke of Cambridge is due to visit the Fire Fighters Charity at Harcombe House Centre in Devon.
– The Countess of Wessex, who is Colonel-in-Chief of the Corps of Army Music, will attend a reception at Kneller Hall in Twickenham.

– The Princess Royal as President of World Horse Welfare, will open the renovated Visitor Centre, Penny Farm Rescue and Rehoming Centre, in Blackpool. As patron of The Royal College of Midwives she will visit Furness General Hospital in Cumbria. The Princess will end her day in the region as patron of Save the Children visiting a shop, in Ulvertson.
10th September:
– The Duke of Sussex will attend a reception to mark the 5th anniversary of the first Invictus Games at the Guildhall in London.

– The Earl of Wessex, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, will visit Malaysia.
– The Countess of Wessex, as Colonel-in-Chief of Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps, will hold a reception at St James’s Palace.
– The Princess Royal, as Patron of Maritime UK, will attend the London International Shipping Week’s opening reception at Banqueting House. Later, as Colonel of The Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons) she will attend an Arrival at Bulford Parade, at Bulford Camp in Wiltshire.
11th September:
– The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Moat Brae, the National Centre for Children’s Literature and Storytelling in Dumfries.

– The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will officially open a new visitor centre at the Bladnoch Distillery in Wigtownshire. The couple will then visit the coastal village of Garlieston, where the port played an important role in D-Day preparations in 1944.
– Prince Harry will attend the 15th annual BGC Charity Day, along with The Countess of Wessex. A portion of revenues from the day’s trades are going to go towards the Invictus Games Foundation.
– The Princess Royal will open the YMCA new National Office on the occasion of its 175th Anniversary in Edinburgh. As Chancellor of the University of Edinburgh, she will attend a reception on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of the first seven women to attend a British University at St. Cecilia’s Hall. As patron of The Royal Highland Education Trust she will then visit West Craigies Farm in Queensferry. Finally as Royal Patron of The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, she will launch ‘The Big 5′ Keepers’ Conservation Campaign at Edinburgh Zoo.
– Princess Alexandra will visit the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew.
12th September:
– The Duke of Sussex will visit Lealand High School in Luton to learn more about the England Rugby School’s Programme.
– The Duchess of Sussex will attend the launch of her Smart Works capsule collection.

– The Princess Royal as President of UK Fashion and Textile Association, will attend a Book Launch at Coutts. As Patron of Catch22 she will attend the Apprenticeship Awards at Automobile Association Headquarters, in the West Midlands. Finally as Commandant-in-Chief (Youth) of St. John’s Ambulance, will open a new Regional Hub in West Bromwich.
