Jeremy Weil, co-founder and chief executive of Colour Your Streets, expressed his excitement for the collaboration: “It is a real honour to create the first official colouring book of Buckingham Palace in collaboration with Royal Collection Trust. From the Grand Staircase to the Domed Ceiling of the State Dining Room, it’s almost as if these beautiful creations were designed to be coloured in. Colouring allows people of all ages to leave their mark on places they have a relationship with and want to learn about.”

Weil also shared a personal connection to the project saying that ‘in a strange twist of events, creating this book has also been a trip down memory lane for me, as my first job after leaving school was as a Summer Warden welcoming visitors to Buckingham Palace’.
