An updated figure of The Princess of Wales today went on show at Madame Tussauds, 13 years after her first likeness was installed.
Based on a look Catherine wore for the first Diplomatic Corps reception of Charles III’s reign, the wax figure wears a soft pink sequin Jenny Packham gown, the Greville chandelier earrings and the Lover’s Knot tiara once favoured by her late mother-in-law.

The tiara – much like the true headpiece – was worn by the figure of Diana in the 1980s.
She is also wearing her Royal Family Order for Elizabeth II, the sash of the RVO, pinned in place by her art deco clip brooch, which is thought to have been a gift from The King.
The museum reports that the Princess is wearing silver Gianvito Rossi heels (hidden) in the ‘Rania 105′ style.

‘Kate’ is located with her husband, and The King and Queen, where visitors can stand and have their photo taken with the ‘Royals’.
Steve Blackburn, Senior General Manager at Madame Tussauds London, said: ‘We are delighted that a new figure of the much-loved Catherine, Princess of Wales, has officially landed in The Royal Palace Experience at our attraction in the heart of London, continuing our centuries-long work with the Royal Family.

‘Only Madame Tussauds London can offer fans the truly immersive and unique opportunity to touch shoulders with past and present Royal Family members! Kate, majestically crafted by our talented studio team, has been sculpted to ensure her resemblance is fit for a future Queen, alongside her dashing husband.
‘We cordially invite you to meet the Prince and Princess of Wales this summer, right in the heart of the capital where the Royal Family resides!’
