Ahead of Prince George’s eight birthday today, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released a lovely photo of the young prince to mark the occasion.
George is seen in a striped polo shirt, and appears to be sitting on the front of a green Land Rover in the countryside, which is thought to be Norfolk.
A new photo of Prince George for his 8th birthday
It is currently the British school summer holidays, so the Cambridges are likely at Anmer Hall.
The snap of the future King was taken by Catherine, as most Cambridge family photos are. This adds something of a relaxed feel to most of the images.
Shared on social media, the photo was simply captioned: “Turning eight(!) tomorrow”.
We got to see Prince George recently, as he attended a number of Euro Championship matches at Wembley, enjoying the games with his parents, but seeing England lose to Italy in the finals.
