Kensington Palace has released new picture of Princess Charlotte on her 10th birthday.

This year’s photograph was taken by The Princess of Wales on her iPhone, in Cumbria earlier this year. It could have been taken around the same time Catherine joined a group of Scouts from Cumbria and Greater Manchester as part of a visit celebrating young people’s engagement with the outdoors.
In the last couple of years, external photographers have been tasked in capturing the Wales’ children birthday images as we saw with Prince Louis’ birthday photograph this year.

Charlotte was born at the private maternity Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, on 2 May 2015, weighing 8lb 3oz. She is third in line to the throne and is the only daughter of The Prince and Princess of Wales.
Her full title is Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Wales.
