On 11th November, Princess Eugenie continued to fulfil her role as a mentor for The King’s Foundation’s 35 Under 35 network by attending a mentoring session, with the initiative celebrating and supporting emerging talent in the arts, heritage and creative industries.
Her appearance comes weeks after her father had her Titles, Styles and Honours stripped and was forced to vacate Royal Lodge after public outcry surrounding Andrew’s relationship with Jeffery Epstein.

During the visit, The Princess was photographed smiling alongside members of the network at an event held at Broadwick Soho in London, where she delivered an introductory address.
In her remarks, Eugenie spoke passionately about the role of art in shaping her career, emphasising how creativity has guided her professional journey.
In remarks released by The Foundation, Eugenie said: ‘It was fantastic to spend more time with the 35 under 35, who are such an incredible group of talented young people. I have enjoyed getting to know them better and hearing about their work and aspirations, and look forward to supporting their journeys into the future.’
‘My career has been shaped by a passion for the arts, so it’s a pleasure to be working with The King’s Foundation to support this inspirational group of artists and creatives.’

The initiative has already made a difference for participants. Ceramicist Izzy Letty, one of the 35 participants, described her experience working with Her Royal Highness as ‘lovely’, noting the Princess’s support in navigating the gallery world.
She added: ‘Discussing my evolving creative direction and getting her support on working with galleries will be invaluable to my work and craft. Both The King’s Foundation’s and Her Royal Highness’s passion and support for makers and creativity is inspiring to see. I’ve loved being part of the 35 under 35 network and have met some amazing and talented people. Visiting The King’s Foundation’s sites has given me a greater understanding of their work and how they champion traditional crafts.’
Eugenie became a mentor for The King’s Foundation’s ’35 Under 35′ network earlier this year to coincide with the 35th anniversary of The Foundation.
Upon her appointment, Eugenie expressed her enthusiasm stating: ‘I’m delighted to be working with this group of exceptional young people who have been selected thanks to their outstanding work in areas the King is passionate about. Given I recently celebrated my 35th birthday, it’s fitting to take part in the charity’s 35th anniversary celebrations and share my passion for art with the 35 under 35!’
