After the birth of August Brooksbank last month, the wider Royal Family have welcomed another to the clan, in the form of Zara and Mike’s third child, a boy.
He was born on Sunday 21st March at the couple’s Gloucestershire home, Mike confirmed in an episode of The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast.
“Saturday, loved all the rugby…I was actually genuinely angry after the England game,” Mike commented. “And then Sunday got even better because a little baby boy arrived at my house”.
Mike said his wife Zara was a ‘warrior’, with the baby arriving ‘very quickly…on the bathroom floor’.
“Didn’t make it to hospital. On the bathroom floor,” he said. “So yeah, it was running to the gym, get a mat, get into the bathroom, get the mat on the floor, towels down, brace, brace, brace.”
The baby weighed 8lbs 4oz.
The couple have chosen the name Lucas Philip Tindall, with a nod to The Duke of Edinburgh.
He joins sisters Mia Grace and Lena Elizabeth, and is 22nd in line to the throne.
Crazy 6 nations weekend but the tournament lives for another week. It was also followed by a super Sunday! #goodtimeshttps://t.co/HYuu65RXM1https://t.co/9k0stAM7DF pic.twitter.com/3onbzFbJqn

The couple have suffered two miscarriages previously, one after a public announcement was made about their happy news in 2016.
A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman says: “The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh are delighted with the news and look forward to meeting their 10th great grandchild when circumstances allow.”
