Kensington Palace have released the official photos of Princess Charlotte following her christening on Sunday.
Four family photos of the day were released, taken by renowned photographer, Mario Testino, who has had numerous Royal sitters in the past.
Family and friends were invited back to Sandringham House by The Queen for tea and to have christening cake – a tier of William and Catherine’s four-year-old wedding cake. The images were taken in various rooms of the house, as well as the grounds.
The first photo was taken in a drawing room, and William, Catherine, George and Her Majesty sit on a floral sofa, Charlotte looking away from the camera.
The official christening photo shows the Royal Family and the Middletons
Grandparents Charles and Camilla, and Carole and Michael Middleton stand behind them, along with Pippa and James Middleton. Prince Harry was sadly missing from the event, working in Namibia.
The second of the set depicts Catherine looking down at her newly-baptised daughter in her arms, as Princess Charlotte looks towards the camera, showing her dark eyes. This was taken in the Drawing Room.
The third image is fairly candid, and shows the Duke holding Prince George and the Duchess holding Princess Charlotte, smiling in the sunny gardens of Sandringham – a perfect family photo some would say.
The last of Testino’s work is in black and white, showing the Duke and his son sharing a smile, as the 1950s Milson pram peaks out from the edge of the frame.

Camilla is one of Charlotte’s grandparents, as the wife of Prince Charles.
too bad it was more important for Prince Harry to be in Namibia then at a once in a lifetime event like his niece’s christening.. shows what kind of priorities he has…no offense intended but Namibia could have waited until after christening, his niece will not be christened again
What ever the Royals do is going to upset some of you. Get a life and leave them alone!

Maybe it should read Grandparent Charles and his wife Camilla (because she’s not his grandparent as we all know, although he may grow up with them calling her that till he can understand the truth). Also why did Great grand daddy Phillip not even get noted as he stands there next to his wife.
