The Princess also shared her happy update on Instagram, with a photo of her two sons holding an ultrasound scan. The caption read: ‘Baby Brooksbank due 2026! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👶🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️’.
Brother-in-law, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, left a comment of three heart emojis on the post.
Eugenie married long-term boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, in October 2018 at St George’s Chapel. They welcomed their first child, August, in February 2021. Ernest, their second son, was born in May 2023.
‘His Majesty The King has been informed and is delighted with the news,’ said a Palace post on social media.
Eugenie is a director at the art gallery, Hauser & Wirth, while Jack works in marketing for the Discovery Land Company in Portugal; the family split their time between Ivy Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace, and Portugal.
