Royal diary: latest engagements 17-23rd July

A Polish and German tour for William and Kate, Prince Charles and Camilla are heading to Cornwall and The Queen celebrating 150 years of Canada. See what the Royals are up to this week.

17th July:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge begin their tour of Poland in Warsaw. Read their itinerary here.

The Duke of York will visit Future Space, University of the West of England, Bristol, and host Pitch@Palace 8.0 at Brisotl Robotics Lab.

The Princess Royal, Master of  The Worshipful Company of Saddlers, will attend the Installation Court and a Reception, Saddlers’ Hall.

The Duke of Gloucester, as Grand Prior of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, will attend the launch of the Partnership of the Mark Benevolent Fund and St. John Ambulance at the Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, London.

18th July:

The Duke of Edinburgh will present awards at the Annual Meeting at the Royal Geographical Society, as patron of the Royal Institute of Navigation.

– The Duke of York will host a Dinner for Malaria No More UK at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal will open new offices for Excalibur Communications GB Limited, Swindon; she will attend a 35th Anniversary Luncheon and Annual General Meeting, The Grange, Princes Risborough, and attend an Awards Ceremony and Dinner with The Royal College of Physicians, as Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Engineers.

19th July:

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh will attend a reception at Canada House, to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Confederation.

The Prince of Wales will visit The Cove Macmillan Support Centre, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro, as patron of Macmillan Cancer Support. Joined by The Duchess of Cornwall, Charles will visit Great Cornish Food.

The Duchess of Cornwall is to visit Caterlink, Bodmin Business Park, and visit ShelterBox’s new headquarters, as president.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will begin their tour of Germany.

Prince Harry will attend a reception for Project Vernon, the campaign to install a monument dedicated to HMS Vernon.

– The Duke of York will visit AESSEAL, Rotherham, and host Pitch@Palace 8.0 On Tour Oldham at Wayra UK.

The Princess Royal, president of The City and Guilds of London Institute, will attend a Princess Royal Training Awards Commissioners Meeting, London.

Princess Alexandra, patron, will visit the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Sick Children, and the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, Brighton.

20th July:

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will celebrate the centenary of the Ambrosia Creamery, Lifton, Devon. Charles, as patron of The Prince’s Countryside Fund, will visit The Devon Federation of Young Farmers Club in Cheriton Bishop, and then visit Okehampton Camp.

– Prince Harry will visit Headway, Ipswich, to launch a new initiative from UK-wide brain injury charity, and pay RAF Honington, in Bury Saint Edmunds, a visit, to present a new Colour to the regiment.

– The Duke of York, past Captain of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, will attend The Open Golf Championship, Royal Birkdale.

– The Princess Royal will visit the International Centre for Birds of Prey to mark its 50th Anniversary, in Newent, Gloucestershire, and open the Orders of St. John Care Trust Lakes Care Centre, Cirencester. Anne is to attend an Inaugural Dinner at Aerospace Bristol, as its patron.

21st July:

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Tregunnel Hill and where Camilla will meet volunteers and staff from her Cornish Patronages; the couple will attend a service at St Protus and St Hyacinth Church and visit the local village hub which functions as a shop, post office and tea room.

The Duchess of Cornwall, patron of The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, will visit to celebrate the Trust’s 30th anniversary, Trevithick Downs, Newquay.

Prince Andrew will attend the Open Golf Championship.

The Princess Royal, sponsor of HMS ALBION, will attend a rededication ceremony, Plymouth.

Princess Alexandra will open the new theatre and ward development at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Oswestry, and visit The Lyneal Trust, in Ellesmere.

22nd July:

– Prince Andrew will attend the Open Golf Championship.

23rd July:

Prince Andrew will attend the Open Golf Championship.
